Contact Center World Names Two Humana Military Healthcare Services’ Associates as Winners in World Awards

Rob Frayser and Roy Gaunce take home Silver and Bronze Awards

LOUISVILLE, Ky.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Humana Military Healthcare Services’ (HMHS) associates, Rob Frayser and Roy Gaunce, received honors at the 2008 Contact Center World Awards held December 2-4, 2008 in Las Vegas, Nevada. Frayser, named “Best Support Professional for IT in the Americas” this summer, represented HMHS and the Americas in Las Vegas and received the Silver in the World Awards. Gaunce, named “Best Contact Center Leader in the Americas,” represented HMHS and the Americas and brought home the Bronze in the World Awards. This prestigious awards program recognizes professionals who make significant contributions to the overall success of their contact center and organization.

Frayser, HMHS director of customer service systems, was recognized for providing outstanding technology support to the HMHS contact center. Gaunce, HMHS director of beneficiary services, was recognized for managing an effective and efficient contact center that supports its customers.

Delegates at the Contact Center’s World Awards had to complete a written submission to be judged by their peers and present to the conference delegates, setting it apart from any other awards programs of its kind. Representatives from over 22 countries attended to learn from the very best in the call center industry.
