TAMPA BAY, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Humana Inc. (NYSE:HUM) is challenging people in Tampa Bay to make small changes in their health routine with the hopes of achieving big health improvements down the road.

The Humana Health Challenge Small changes. Big improvements is looking for people in Tampa Bay who want to make a change in their health and lifestyle by taking on a health challenge. The challenge is open to anyone whether or not they belong to a Humana health plan.

Visit! There, you will find health tips and information on a variety of health and lifestyle issues including: weight management, stress management, back care, nutrition and tobacco cessation. Those visiting the site can register for a chance to have a personal Humana health coach. If selected, you will also have the opportunity to see your journey chronicled by Janie Porter, WTSP-Ch. 10, and through other tools such as blogs which can be found on the Web site.

In March, the public will be invited to vote for the Humana Health Challenge story that most inspired them. Anyone can vote as often as they like and it can be done simply by visiting Votes will not be based on the most successful health challenge, but rather on the most inspiring health challenge story.
