SAN ANTONIO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Non-perishable food items are being collected for the San Antonio Food Bank during a Holiday Food Drive sponsored by Humana MarketPOINT senior products.
Items may be dropped off now through Friday, November 30 during regular business hours at the Humana MarketPOINT office, 8431 Fredericksburg Road, Suite 170, or at the Humana Customer Service Center, 8119 Datapoint Drive.
“The San Antonio Food Bank network provides emergency food assistance for more than 25,000 people each week,” said Jennifer Steele, director of Humana MarketPOINT in South Texas. “Especially during the Holiday Season, we want to help ensure that enough food supplies are in hand to meet the demands of those in need.”
The San Antonio Food Bank needs canned stews and soup, full meals in a can or box, canned luncheon meats, peanut butter, chili, macaroni and cheese, tuna, beans and rice and “pop top” food items.
