Humana Military Healthcare Services Contact Center Employees Named ''Best in the Americas'' by ContactCenterWorld.com

LOUISVILLE, Ky.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Humana Military Healthcare Services (HMHS) recently received top awards at the third annual Contact Center World Awards, held in Orlando, Florida, June 10-12, 2008. Rob Frayser was named Best IT Support Professional of the Americas and Roy Gaunce received Best Contact Center Leader of the Americas. This prestigious awards program, judged by a panel of industry professionals, recognizes those making significant contributions to the overall success of their call center. Frayser and Gaunce will go on to represent Humana Military Healthcare Services, and the Americas, as winners of the Americas Region in their respective categories at the World Awards held in Las Vegas, Nevada later this year.

Humana Military was named one of the few finalists and competed alongside the best in the industry from the Americas. This awards program is unique as the finalists present to an audience of contact center directors and other industry leaders who in turn cast votes to determine the winner. Frayser was recognized for providing outstanding support to the contact center. Gaunce, receiving the award Best Contact Center Leader, was recognized for managing an effective and efficient contact center that supports its customers.
