Humana Names Regional Vice President of Sales for Small Business Segment

DENVER--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Leslie Andrews has been named Humana Inc.s (NYSE: HUM) regional vice president of Sales for the Small Business Segment in the Western Region in an announcement made by Gary Goldstein, M.D., chief executive officer of Humanas Western Region.

In her new role, Andrews will align herself closely with local sales leadership in the Western Region to promote small business sales development and seek out opportunities for strategic growth, and she will act as a liaison between local small business sales leadership, regional sales leadership and Humanas corporate offices.

Leslie has made significant contributions to the success of Humanas operations in Colorado, said Dr. Goldstein. I look forward to working with her in her new position and am confident that Leslie will have a significant role in the membership growth of the small business segment in the Western Region.

Most recently serving as the market president of Humana of Colorado, Andrews began her career with Humana 13 years ago. Her other positions with Humana include director of small business sales and vice president of Sales for Colorado.

Andrews holds a Bachelor of Science in marketing management from the University of Southern California, and she is currently on the board of the American Heart Association. She is also a current member, past board member and past president of both the Colorado State Association of Health Underwriters and the Colorado Group Insurance Association.
