Transcend Insights Receives Certified Support Staff Excellence Center Award

CAMPBELL, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Transcend Insights™, a population health management company, today announced its receipt of the Technology Services Industry Association (TSIA) Certified Support Staff Excellence Center award for achieving among the highest industry standards for customer service and satisfaction. The company’s accomplishments were honored during the Technology Services World 2015 Service Transformations conference held Oct. 19-21 in Las Vegas.

The Support Staff Excellence Center certification, offered by TSIA and delivered by MHI Global (MHIG), is a staff development program that enables the delivery of a superior customer service experience through world-class business frameworks and industry best practices. To achieve this certification and be considered for an award, Transcend Insights’ support staff received comprehensive services training to implement the highest quality service standards.

As a result, the company demonstrated significant improvements in its customer service results including a 13 percentage point increase in overall customer satisfaction and a 60 percent reduction in the company’s average issue resolution time.
